This is a project dealing with the juridical protection of frontiers, the deportation and shielding off politics of the West, by means of equipping all those who are concerned with a mouthpiece/ medium of information, using the example of the ‘3^rd world county Cabo Verde/ West African island state.

In cooperation with the Caboverdians this postcard was developed and send out in quite a number to political, economical and cultural executives of mainly European countries.
